For a one-time fee of $325, this plan gives you access to a guided system that helps you take immediate action using legally recognized court motions.

This plan walks you through creating and filing the core motion needed to stop an eviction from moving forward, including challenges to improper service, defaults, and procedural errors. You don’t need an attorney — the process is structured, easy to follow, and built for everyday people.

Using our Motion Wizard, Upload Wizard, and Case Check tools, you simply generate your motion, file it with the court, wait for a response, and follow the next step in the plan.

The Simple Plan is ideal if:

• You want immediate relief from an eviction • Your case has no unusual complications • You prefer a clear, simple path without advanced strategy

If your case becomes more complex, you can always upgrade to the Master Plan for additional support and advanced defenses.
